How do I take my turn?

Answered counted as answered

Asked with: Takenokobg-70919-en-1e

When their turn comes, a player must perform two steps in this order [1]: 1. The player rolls the weather die and applies the effect of the climatic conditions obtained (note: the weather die comes into play during the second round; in the first round, players ignore this step and proceed directly to the next) [1]. 2. The player takes two actions which must be chosen from five options, and these actions must be different from one another [1]. The five possible actions are: * **PLOTS**: The player draws three plots, chooses one, and places it in the game; the other two are placed back under the deck, face-down in the order of the player's choice [2][3][1]. * **PANDA**: The player moves the panda in a straight line, any number of plots in the direction of their choice, provided they do not cross empty spaces between plots [4][1]. To benefit from this action, the player must move the panda at least one space [4]. The panda then eats a bamboo section from the plot where it finishes its movement [4]. * **GARDENER**: The player moves the gardener in a straight line, any number of plots in the direction of their choice, provided they do not cross empty spaces between plots [5][3][1]. To benefit from this action, the player must move the gardener at least one space [4]. The player grows a section of bamboo on the plot where the gardener finishes the move as well as on all directly adjacent plots of the same color, provided those plots are irrigated [5][3]. * **OBJECTIVE**: The player draws one objective card of their choice and adds it to their hand (a player can only have a maximum of five cards; if they have five, they must complete an objective before drawing again) [4][1]. At any time during their turn, a player may also complete an objective if the conditions on the card are met by placing the card face up in front of them [6]. * **IRRIGATION**: The player takes an irrigation channel from the reserve and places it on the border between two plots, forming networks that always start from the pond (irrigation cannot be placed along the border of the pond) [5][3][1]. To finalize choices, the player puts two tokens on the appropriate spaces of their individual board and chooses the order in which the actions are resolved [1]. The player then passes the weather die to the player on their left [1]. Turn order proceeds clockwise [1].

score = the fused retrieval score (reciprocal-rank fusion over the search arms) — NOT a cosine similarity. This ruling ran the THREE-ARM fuse (full-text + vector + the doc-priority boost arm, which carried the base rulebook and/or the errata corrections this query matched), whose arithmetic ceiling is 0.04918 — all three arms ranking the same chunk #1 (ceiling = arms/(k+1) at k=60). The measured healthy band 0.016–0.033 was measured on TWO-arm asks and does not bound this one: its high end is the two-arm ceiling, and a third arm has room above it. A chunk only one arm ranked highly lands near 0.016 (that one arm's #1 vote), so 0.03 here is an excellent hit, not a 3% match.

per-arm ranks (the rank each search arm gave a chunk): NOT DISCLOSED by the gateway. Fusion happens gateway-side and only the FUSED score crosses the wire, so rulesage cannot show them without a gateway change. The rank column below is the FUSED rank (position in the returned list), which is real.

token count per chunk: NOT DISCLOSED — chunk token counts are not reported on the ask path. The character counts below are of the bounded snippet/quote rulesage actually received — a real measurement of what we hold, never an estimate of the chunk.

stream path
streamed — the gateway pushed at least one accumulated draft
watchdog
first-token watchdog: 30s per arming window (rulesage.table.first-token-watchdog-seconds), re-armed once by the passages frame — so the worst case before a reader falls back to polling is 60s. Whether it actually fired is a BROWSER-side decision that never reaches the server, so it is not recorded here. The stream path above is the server's half of that story: whether a delta was emitted at all.
num_ctx · think posture
both are the CHILD's settings, not rulesage's, and no ask reply carries them — an answer never states which context window or think posture produced it. The live-seat line above reads them from the running child instead, where the gateway can answer for itself; it describes the child NOW, not this ask.

this game registers NO errata cards (edition 108), so "no registered errata card matched" above could never have matched one

Errata scope: the gate above matched this ruling's own edition only. When an ask also reads an expansion, that expansion's own registered errata cards stay outside the match — a stated phase-1 limitation, not a failed lookup.
