How do I set up the game?

To set up the game, follow these steps: **General Game Setup** 1. Place the Game board in the middle of the table [1]. 2. Place the Sandra Reference tile in the appropriate space using the side with the red stripe [1]. 3. Place the Car Parts next to the Game board in a supply [1]. 4. Choose 3 different types of Car Parts at random and place them in the appropriate spaces in Recycling [1]. 5. Put the Parts Vouchers and Books next to the Game board in a supply [1]. 6. Separate the Factory Goals into 3 stacks depending on their type, then choose 2 Factory Goals at random from each stack [1]. 7. Place the Certification Goals face up in the matching numbered spaces above the Certification track (5A) [1]. 8. Place any remaining Certification Goals face up on the appropriate spaces of the Game board, with the tile containing the lower number of icons on the top space and the other on the bottom (5B/5C) [1]. 9. Return unused Factory Goals to the box [1]. 10. Place 2 Generic Speech tokens on each Factory Goal for a total of 12 tokens (for 4-players); for 3-players, place 2 tokens on the Factory Goal with fewer icons and 1 on the one with more; for 2-players, place 1 token on each [1]. 11. Cover the Test track printed on the Game board with the Test track overlay depicting 3 people (or 2 people for a 2-player game) [1]. 12. Place the Car Part Value markers face up on the leftmost space of the Upgrade Value track [1]. 13. Place the Pace Car in either of the striped spaces on the track, facing counterclockwise [1]. 14. Place the Meeting marker and the Production Cycle marker on their indicated spaces [1]. 15. Shuffle the Design tiles and place 1 at random, design-side up, in each of the rightmost 8 spaces [1]. 16. Place the remaining Design tiles face up in three stacks of 9 tiles each on the leftmost spaces (the leftmost stack is the Central stack and the other two are the First Office stacks) [1]. 17. Place 1 Car of each color in the matching color spaces, facing left [1]. 18. Place another Car of the same color on the yellow plate to the left of each Car just placed [1]. 19. Put all other Cars next to the Game board near the Assembly department [1]. 20. Shuffle the Kanban Order cards and place them face down next to the Game board [2]. 21. Reveal the top card of the Kanban Order deck and place all 6 depicted Car Parts in the corresponding warehouse spaces, then return that card face down on the bottom of the deck [2]. 22. Shuffle the 5 Demand tiles and place 1 at random face up in each of the 2 spaces near the end of the line [2]. 23. Place a number of Generic Speech tokens next to each Demand tile as indicated on the bottom right of the tile [2]. 24. Place the remaining Demand tiles face down in a stack next to the Game board near the Assembly department [2]. 25. Shuffle the Performance Goal cards and place 4 at random face up on the spaces of the Meeting room [2]. 26. Place the rest of the Performance Goals face down in a deck next to the Game board [2]. 27. Choose a Final Goal tile at random and place it in the appropriate space at the bottom of the room, then return all other Final Goal tiles to the box [2]. 28. Place the Week marker on its space of the Week track [2]. 29. Place Sandra at her desk [2]. 30. Shuffle the Award tiles and randomly place 3 face down above the final space of the training track in each department, then place 1 Generic Speech token on top of each stack (for 2-3 players, place only 2 Award tiles per department) [2]. 31. Return any remaining Award tiles to the box [2]. **Player Setup** 1. Each player chooses a color and takes a matching Player board, Basic Garage Bonus tiles, Worker meeple, Speech tokens, Banked Shift Reminder token, Banked Shift marker, discs, and Certification marker in that color [3]. 2. Place 1 of your Speech tokens on an empty space on your Player board and the rest next to your Player board [3]. 3. Place your Basic Garage Bonus tiles face up on your garages (the padlock tile must be on the rightmost garage) [3]. 4. Place a Double-Upgrade tile on the appropriate space

score = the fused retrieval score (reciprocal-rank fusion over the search arms) — NOT a cosine similarity. This ruling ran the THREE-ARM fuse (full-text + vector + the doc-priority boost arm, which carried the base rulebook and/or the errata corrections this query matched), whose arithmetic ceiling is 0.04918 — all three arms ranking the same chunk #1 (ceiling = arms/(k+1) at k=60). The measured healthy band 0.016–0.033 was measured on TWO-arm asks and does not bound this one: its high end is the two-arm ceiling, and a third arm has room above it. A chunk only one arm ranked highly lands near 0.016 (that one arm's #1 vote), so 0.03 here is an excellent hit, not a 3% match.

per-arm ranks (the rank each search arm gave a chunk): NOT DISCLOSED by the gateway. Fusion happens gateway-side and only the FUSED score crosses the wire, so rulesage cannot show them without a gateway change. The rank column below is the FUSED rank (position in the returned list), which is real.

token count per chunk: NOT DISCLOSED — chunk token counts are not reported on the ask path. The character counts below are of the bounded snippet/quote rulesage actually received — a real measurement of what we hold, never an estimate of the chunk.

stream path
streamed — the gateway pushed at least one accumulated draft
watchdog
first-token watchdog: 30s per arming window (rulesage.table.first-token-watchdog-seconds), re-armed once by the passages frame — so the worst case before a reader falls back to polling is 60s. Whether it actually fired is a BROWSER-side decision that never reaches the server, so it is not recorded here. The stream path above is the server's half of that story: whether a delta was emitted at all.
num_ctx · think posture
both are the CHILD's settings, not rulesage's, and no ask reply carries them — an answer never states which context window or think posture produced it. The live-seat line above reads them from the running child instead, where the gateway can answer for itself; it describes the child NOW, not this ask.

this game registers NO errata cards (edition 216), so "no registered errata card matched" above could never have matched one

Errata scope: the gate above matched this ruling's own edition only. When an ask also reads an expansion, that expansion's own registered errata cards stay outside the match — a stated phase-1 limitation, not a failed lookup.
