How do I set up the game?
Answered counted as answeredAsked with: Nucleumbg-396790-en-1e
To set up the game, follow these steps: 1. Place the main board in the center of the table with the side matching the number of players facing up, and place the side board next to the main board [1]. 2. Place the Coal Import Wagon tiles with the side showing '-1 Thaler' facing up on the indicated spots of the two coal production areas (when playing with 3 players, leave one spot on each area empty) [1]. 3. Return any excess Coal Import Wagon tiles to the game box [1]. 4. Place all Thaler tokens, Uranium cubes, and Achievement tokens in a general supply next to the main board [1]. 5. Place the VP Flag token under the '7yl' spot on the VP Track [1]. 6. Separate the 20 Base Action tiles [1]. 7. Shuffle the remaining 30 tiles (excluding Starting or Special Action tiles) and add 10/15/25 of them to the 20 separated tiles depending on whether there are 2/3/4 players [1]. 8. Shuffle this pile well, divide it into three piles, place one face-down in a draw pile on the designated space at the top of the side board, and place the other two face-down close to the side board [1]. 9. Return any unused Action tiles to the game box [1]. 10. Draw and reveal 5 Action tiles from the draw pile and place them on the indicated market spaces on the side board [1]. 11. Separate the Contract tiles by type (Initial, Silver, Gold, and three types of Purple) based on their backs [1]. 12. Randomly give each player one Initial Contract [1]. 13. Shuffle the remaining Contracts by type to create five stacks [1]. 14. For a 2-/3-/4-player game, place 6/9/12 randomly selected Silver Contracts in a face-down stack on the indicated space on the side board and return all remaining Silver Contract tiles to the box [1]. 15. For a 2-/3-/4-player game, place 10/12/16 randomly selected Gold Contracts in a face-down stack on the indicated space on the side board and return all remaining Gold Contract tiles to the box [1]. 16. Place one random Contract of each of the three Purple types face up on the matching space on the Contract market on the side board, then return all remaining Initial and Purple Contract tiles to the box [1]. 17. Draw two Silver and two Gold Contract tiles and place them face up on the Contract market on the indicated spaces [1][2]. 18. Shuffle all Milestone tiles and randomly assign one face up to each of the four indicated spaces of the Milestone track [1][2]. 19. Return any remaining Milestone tiles to the box [2]. 20. Place three Nucleum tokens on the indicated spaces near the Milestone track [2]. 21. Perform the map setup: place the Coal Power Plant standee in Riesa and 4 other Power Plant Standees in all Cities with a power plant icon [2]. 22. Shuffle the 13 Setup cards and reveal one card from the deck [2]. 23. Randomly select a Neutral Urban Building tile and place it on an urban site of the city indicated in the first row of the revealed card (place it on a red space if possible; otherwise, choose a space with a matching icon) [2]. 24. Each player takes a player board (placed in the middle of their player area), a player aid, a VP token (100/200), and 4 Thaler from the supply [3]. 25. Choose a color and take all components of that color: 3 Income markers (placing one on the first space of each income track so starting income is visible to the left), 12 Urban Building tiles (placed on matching level/type spaces with the level side up), 4 Turbine tokens (on indicated spaces), and 4 Mine tiles (placed in order from top to 1: 3 Uranium, 2 Uranium, 3 Uranium, 2 Uranium) [3]. 26. Take 18 Worker meeples, placing 2 in your personal supply and 16 into a reserve [3]. 27. Place 6 Milestone markers: 3 on the indicated spaces near the bottom of the side board and 3 into a reserve next to the side board [3]. 28. Place one Victory Point marker on the '0' space of the scoring track around the edge of the board [3]. 29. Place the Initial Contract received during setup on the bottommost Contract space on your player board (without receiving its benefit

retrieval — what the search arm returned
score = the fused retrieval score (reciprocal-rank fusion over the search arms) — NOT a cosine similarity. This ruling ran the THREE-ARM fuse (full-text + vector + the doc-priority boost arm, which carried the base rulebook and/or the errata corrections this query matched), whose arithmetic ceiling is 0.04918 — all three arms ranking the same chunk #1 (ceiling = arms/(k+1) at k=60). The measured healthy band 0.016–0.033 was measured on TWO-arm asks and does not bound this one: its high end is the two-arm ceiling, and a third arm has room above it. A chunk only one arm ranked highly lands near 0.016 (that one arm's #1 vote), so 0.03 here is an excellent hit, not a 3% match.
per-arm ranks (the rank each search arm gave a chunk): NOT DISCLOSED by the gateway. Fusion happens gateway-side and only the FUSED score crosses the wire, so rulesage cannot show them without a gateway change. The rank column below is the FUSED rank (position in the returned list), which is real.
token count per chunk: NOT DISCLOSED — chunk token counts are not reported on the ask path. The character counts below are of the bounded snippet/quote rulesage actually received — a real measurement of what we hold, never an estimate of the chunk.

- stream path
- streamed — the gateway pushed at least one accumulated draft
- watchdog
- first-token watchdog: 30s per arming window (rulesage.table.first-token-watchdog-seconds), re-armed once by the passages frame — so the worst case before a reader falls back to polling is 60s. Whether it actually fired is a BROWSER-side decision that never reaches the server, so it is not recorded here. The stream path above is the server's half of that story: whether a delta was emitted at all.
- num_ctx · think posture
- both are the CHILD's settings, not rulesage's, and no ask reply carries them — an answer never states which context window or think posture produced it. The live-seat line above reads them from the running child instead, where the gateway can answer for itself; it describes the child NOW, not this ask.

errata registry — what the gate above had to match against
this game registers NO errata cards (edition 232), so "no registered errata card matched" above could never have matched one
Errata scope: the gate above matched this ruling's own edition only. When an ask also reads an expansion, that expansion's own registered errata cards stay outside the match — a stated phase-1 limitation, not a failed lookup.
